Brice Simon

Brice C. Simon, Esq. has engaged in the general practice of law in Stowe, Vermont since 2001, and enjoys property-related litigation, environmental law, criminal defense, and trial practice. A native Vermonter, Brice attended Vermont Law School, graduating in 2000 with a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Studies in Environmental Law. At VLS, Simon served as a law clerk for the Vermont Legislative Counsel and for the Agency of Natural Resources, member of the Sharon Planning Commission, Town Liaison, represented VLS in regional moot court competitions, and assisted with the early phases of the Environmental Legal Clinic at VLS by obtaining funding for his own projects through the Schweitzer Fellowship program.

Brice is enthusiastic about being involved with the VRC, an organization that helps translate his environmental ideals into real world action.
