Robert Hyams

If it is summer, you can count on finding Bob and his kids in the water, whether in one of the area swimming holes or Lake Champlain.  He received his degree in engineering from UVM and worked in the aerospace industry in San Diego, where he discovered the merits of sun and surf.  Currently, he is Chair of the Charlotte Conservation Commission and works with the Planning Commission to develop effective land use policy and regulations that protect and preserve wildlife habitat.  He is a principal in FSC Markets, a company dedicated to strengthening the links between farms and markets.
